Mine have changed over the years.
1. Circle of Life- Lion King
2. I'll Make a Man Out of You-Mulan
3. How Far I'll Go- Moana
4. Colors of the Wind- Pocahontas
5. You'll Be in My Heart- Tarzan
HM- Try Everything-Zootopia, Be Prepared-Lion King
These aren't meant to be objective, but rather personal favorites.

Think I’d have to include Under the Sea or something else from TLM. Those songs probably saved Disney animation at the time.

Based on pure financial success of the song itself, "Let It Go" has to be considered.
I agree that TLM's sound track basically helped save Disney's animation department.
My personal favorite is probably "I'll Make a Man Out of You" from Mulan. Combined with the images/montage that occurs during the song, it's very inspirational.

It's not going to make people's top 5 song list, but my favorite has always been the song from The Sword in the Stone where Merlin is packing the room and saying a lot of gibberish magic words, "Higitus Figitus"
