Texas should be floating around the Top 10 for the next 5-10 years..
1) Better coaching
2) Better development
3) NIL
4) Revenue sharing will hurt a lot of teams, but it shouldn't hurt Texas

Perhaps it doesn't work out that way, but Sark has built a great roster that should stay competitive for a while.
