I was looking at ticket prices for Knotfest today on their site and while there I got distracted by a blog post about a group called Electric Callboy. Something compelled me to seek out their music on YT, the first thing that came up was this song, We Got the Moves...this is exactly what I needed today. I love Germans. This song AND video fricks, so do all of their other videos I watched. They got that Municipal Waste party rock vibe, I like that, a little Bloodhound Gang, Tim & Eric Awesome Show Great Job.
Good day, got a lot done, I've decided that I will fast on Sundays until I'm no longer prone to binge eating, it does seem to enhance my ability to focus. Kinda windy, storms coming in I guess. Heavy lifting resumes tomorrow, and I'm always happy to find a new musical group to listen to while I train.

It got me thinking about other songs that frick. The first one that came to mind was this wonderful cover by Type O Negative.

Good thing the camera is shaking wildly during the heavy parts or it would all look silly.

I notice that as well. If a group plays music that gets tagged with a genre label that ends in -core, they will have music videos that deploy the "MTV Sports camera", but in this case I think it probably has a lot to do with how every dude in that band looks to be about 40. Ya gotta sand off the rough edges somehow I guess. I applaud their effort and I enjoyed the hell out of all their silly videos.
