Crawford's Restaurant just across Perkins where Essen changes to Staring. Big Ken Catfish Crawfish Crawford does it up perfect. You will never get a piece of catfish with the brown, nasty stuff on it, they trim every piece.

It’s not catfish. Plus their greasy floor is a slip & fall hazard
