No it's not swai/basa.
I was in there a couple months back and was asking Ken how his fish has always been so consistant. Per KCC, he has purchased USA farm raised from the same supplier for 30+ years, and the same for the fish fry they use.
The fish fry is his/family recipe and they have a company out of the NOLA area mix it for them and they get it in 55 gallon drum size orders so that it is consistant day to day.
