Looks great.
Last night I chopped up some fresh clams for clam chowder.
Tonight I’m using the extra clams to make some steamed clams in garlic cream sauce with some Prime ribeyes.
Steaks are done but waiting on the clams.
Will update later.

After lighting my fire, rubbing my butt, letting it hang out and getting rid of the bone, I ended up pulling my pork. Had Hawaiian sweet buns, two kinds of slaw, one sweet, one not, two kinds of chips, bbq sauce and Mac & cheese, onions and pickles on the side. We’re fed. Fed my bartender. I’m worn out! :)
