Those things are absolutely horrible. I’ve been dipping for 20 years (I know it’s white trash) so I decided to try them out last week, mainly because of the people talking about them on here. I put 3 of the 6 mg pouches in and within 2 minutes I was sick as hell. Nauseated, light headed, sweating, which quickly led to vomiting. I know I need to quit but until I do, I’ll stick with Red Seal Mint.

Probably should have started with 1. Never tried it but why did you put 3 in at the same time?

I'm on Ozempic and have been for 3 months. No Ozempic face. Tends to only happen if you lose like 5 or 6 pounds a week for a year straight, or something drastic. if you lose a healthy 1.5 pounds or even 2 (3 is pushing it) you're fine.

Also I have no idea where people get "it gives you the shits" from. My girlfriend, her mom, and I'm on it. No issues except occasional nausea.

Interestingly, a prescription for buproprion (Wellbutrin)--a depression and alternately smoking cessation medication known to have weight-loss properties--can be had for the same price or less and is readily available at any Wal-mart pharmacy.

It gives you a nice little nicotine buzz with minimal spitting if any spitting at all. I enjoy them occasionally when I drink all day like at a football tailgate or go on a long drive or something but try to avoid making them a daily habit.
