I know everyone has said it, but you need to be at the lawyers waiting on them to unlock the doors on Monday.
You mentioned Baker Act, so you must live in Florida. The Baker act process is pretty easy and it’s taken very seriously. Once you talk to the lawyer you should go through with it. That buys you a couple of days to figure out what the hell is going on. It also gives you a defense if suddenly tries to make up shite in the future that you are threatening her.
You need to save all the messages back and forth. Especially the stuff about her using the money to pay the mutual bills. She could have just told you it was none of your business what she was using it on since it’s a joint account. She she specifically said it was for the marital bills you can show that they weren’t actually paid and can establish a pattern of her lying that may help you in the future.
