I don't believe it either. It doesn't make sense to go thru all this trouble when they coukd just go to any immigrant owned store in the hood & sell them the card for half price.

I know of someone (not a friend) who runs a food truck. He would pay pennies on the dollar for people's food stamp cards and then go buy all the fajita meat, chicken, onions, peppers, drinks, etc. he could for his business.
