No. They scan the item and receipt. If the barcode doesn't match the receipt you aren't getting shite.

I guess he just fricking lied to me then. My gullible arse believed him. It just sounded so realistic when he was telling me that’s how he was making money. I mean jeez - I guess he just made it up. What a hell of a made up story!
So thankful that we have a Walmart employee of the month in here that could clarify that myth!
