Finding Herb Jones in the second round is the single best thing Griff has done in his tenure here, and has no doubt saved his job to date.

Drafting Trey at 17 is probably second and was a great pick, but even that one he traded down when Sengun could have been drafted.

If griff ends up getting fired, his inability to find a big will be reason 1 and his inability to find a point guard will be reason 2.
