By no voter ID I mean there is no skin in the game (pun intended). At least make them cut it all off if they want to pretend. Its still not fair because you cant reverse many of the factors associated with male puberty, but at least you would know they are serious.

A decade ago there were less than six thousand surgeries, an EXTREMELY small percentage of the population. The very definition of the tail wagging the dog as it is in most cases in the US these days.
