Anyone have any experience with this supplement? Was thinking of pulling the trigger, but wanted to be sure before I shell out the $$.

Like most supplements, it’s not something you can’t get by eating the right foods.

I asked a similar question not too long ago. I'll save you the trouble, 99% are gonna say don't waste your money

I just don’t have the time every single day to ensure I’m getting what I need from foods I eat. This seems like a good alternative despite the fact that it’s a little expensive…
Cost aside, I just wanted to know if anyone had experience and liked it.

Athletic Greens is ridiculously expensive. You can get a ‘greens’ supplement from other brands for much less that is same thing.

They are the Gordon McKernan of supplements, they just drown people with advertising spending. If you do any research and listen to people who know what they are talking about and aren't getting paid by AG (this rules out every podcaster), they will say AG hides the composition of it's product intentionally as it's impossible for AG to contain a meaningful amount of the compounds it advertises. And of course like almost all nutritional supplements (rare exceptions being creatine, omega 3, etc) there is no evidence of benefit.

What do you think you are getting from these “greens”?

If it’s a product that advertises on every podcast, you’re generally fine skipping it
