I was a notorious "start a new dynasty" person in the old days but hope to stick to one this time. I usually didn't like playing with lower teams cause the players I knew would be gone by the time I got a good job, but now that I dont even know hardly any players or where they play that opens things up a bit. I could be a Nebraska Cornhusker....

I always start at the bottom so I'll pick Tennessee.

Start with Arkansas, go for five years and then take a new job. I usually do five years then move on.

I'll pick one of the least likely teams to have a dynasty IRL. So probably Tennessee

Longhorns will be first of course, but after I tire of stacking natties I'll choose the most obscure, forgotten program included in the game and build them from the ground up to be an absolute monster. Now that I think about it, doing that is more fun than choosing a real life blue blood.

Edit- now that I think about it I wish EA had gone all out and included at least D1 of FCS. That would open up a ton of obscure small schools. I know modeling the stadiums would be the biggest issue, but I'd be fine with a selection of generic small venues.
