I too. I've put some maps to the test in person too. Anytime I read/hear about a place I know nothing about I have to see it on a map obsessively. Who are the neighbors, pipelines, railroads, terrain, etc.. To me it is all relevant context.

And I still practice land navigation with compass & paces (pedometer as I've gotten older) just because.
