I have a friend who is a plastic surgeon. Interesting girl. She said she only works on women, women want some cleavage, men want to come in looking like you Trini and leave looking like Brad Pitt.

So she said the most common surgery for women is boobs.

Now if a woman gets boobs and comes in for a second surgery, what is the second most common procedure?

Bigger boobs. Yep, and she said it makes sense, girls have some esteem issues and want a little boost, you show them the sizes, nah thats way too big. Then when they get them and are comfortable, they wish they had gotten bigger. Not stripper bigger but just bigger. So now they come with these valves where you can literally go in for a day trip and get them increased or decreased.
