Two attorneys who pleaded guilty to throwing a Molotov cocktail at an unoccupied police vehicle during a 2020 protest cut a new deal with prosecutors Thursday, slashing in half their prison sentence guidelines.

Under the new agreement to superseding information charging conspiracy to commit arson and to possess an explosive device, the maximum sentence is five years, however the government seeks a term of between 18 months and 24 months.

Still spreading misinformation I see. The original charges were dropped and they were given sweetheart plea deals by Brandon’s DOJ. No such mercy for a J6 guy who allegedly threw hands and got rowdy inside the People’s Capitol.

The Judge then gave this democrat duo sentences of 12 and 15 months respectively. Meanwhile, J6 guy is held without bond for 44 months and placed in solitary as a pre-trial detainee. Equal application of law has been destroyed in Biden’s America.
