Do you have the terms of the warranty? Interestingly, I can’t seem to find them online. All I can find is a note that says:
To me it seems they should either A) purchase the tire elsewhere or B) give you a credit for the value of the tire if they aren’t willing to purchase it.

Sam's Club fully refunded me the price of the tire and installation, and I was able to purchase the same exact tire at another tire shop and have it installed.
After I got my money back from Sam's Club, I drove to the other tire shop. Low and behold, I picked up another screw in my sidewall, on a different tire, and it was unrepairable as well. So, the tire shop replaced that tire as well, and I have to go back to Sam's Club to get my money back on that tire.
Not sure how I picked a nail driving on Siegen to Airline Highway, but I did. I know for a fact I didn't have a screw in the tire the day before as I just had my tires rotated and balanced.
