Campaign finance violations, and unduly influencing the outcome of an election.

It's right there in the charging document, the only person hiding it from you is you.

He’s never been charged with this stuff. And wasn’t the business record in question created in 2017?

Campaign finance violations would be out of their jurisdiction and no such statute exists in NY for "unduly influencing the out come of an election".

Notice in that charging document that there in no reference to a statute of law regarding the supposed underlying crime? That's why people are saying there is no clear understanding regarding the charges. Bragg has stated publically that he doesn't have to provide one. That is in direct violation of the state constitution.

Highlight the statute or provision of law in that indictment that they are alleging is the basis for the underlying crime? I won't hold my breath.

ha...this is 100% false. The charged crime is falsification of business records. That misdemeanor crime has extinguished per the statute of limitations. So, Bragg is attempting to revive that crime as a felony by claiming the falsification of business records happened in furtherance of another crime.

You must feel dumb. Wait, dumb people don't know they are dumb. Carry on.

So why didn’t the DOJ or FEC bring the charges? You know the two federal agencies that prosecute federal election law crimes?

Federal Election, Federal crime, so why is it being tried as a state crime?

Why did the Feds decline to prosecute?
