It is now being reported that one cop was waving Scottie through while this other one that was not assigned to traffic was telling him to stop, adding to the confusion

If the number 79 player in the world gets arrested for assaulting a police officer is it handled the same way?

fricking cops. Simply too dumb to adjust to common sense reasonably.

so $10/hr cop gone teach mr big shot millionaire golfer a lesson?
It is odd trying to have a conversation here. I was clear as day that I thought it was bullshite. Bringing up a point that could be considered in that the arrest, Whether warranted or not forced a decision by the PGA seems foreign.
Oh well, this place isn’t known for rational discussion

Yes if Joel Dahmen got arrested it would be the same

Keep digging, pal.
I’m just wondering at this point if he’s going to skip the smaller models and break out a Volvo 750.

You're leading the way by ignoring reality

On what planet would disqualifying Scottie for this be considered a rational decision?

yeah, i could totally see this happening. watched it happen this morning at airline and perkins.
light was out. 2 cops directing traffic, had their backs to each other both signaling different vehicles to proceed.

Maybe he shouldn't have attached himself to Scottie's vehicle.

But the irrational acts of this police officer and a charge, that hadn’t been dropped or investigated fully at this time, is a real charge. Choosing which ones to ignore and which ones to take seriously put the PGA in a bad spot.
History has shown member dissatisfaction over what is felt as inconsistent application of their policy. Be it drugs or other legal issues.
Discussing possible ripple effects is not allowed though. This is a see ball hit ball place

No it didn't. They absolutely got all information and footage pretty quickly to make a determination. The fact you seem to ignore this and even all the public footage is quite hilarious.

Real for a couple hours anyway.

No it doesn't. Decision makers actually using their brains should be encouraged.

Common sense is easy to apply if you have any.

Somebody should pass that footage along to the Louisville police because the police report says Scheffler accelerated over the officer when told to stop and dragged him along the ground they really are doubling down on this
