Lol, the tiny percent of total claims that involve these injuries constitute only a tiny percent of total claim payouts. The problem in Louisiana is that claims can be generated out of nothing to exhaust insurance policies regardless of actual injuries. Every accident is like a scratch off lottery ticket; you just gotta scratch off that policy to reveal the policy limits, then treat long enough to force a settlement for the policy limits.
