They will finish any game they start before starting the next game.

I'm pretty sure the next time they touch the field, they will finish this game, even it is Sunday. Then they'd start game 2 30 min after.

There are weird rules based on a broadcast. If completion of a previous game would interrupt a scheduled broadcast of the next game, then the next game would take priority. But the other 2 games in the series are on SECN+, so I'm not sure if that applies.
