IME for ruthless this is a bad call. Find the biggest Jabba the Hutt looking female attorney you can find. Their anger and hatred of the world comes out in spades in proceedings. While it is type casting in over 30 years of practice I have never run into an attractive female lawyer that was a junkyard dog but the majority of the big-boned unattractive ones tend to fight like a pitbull on meth.

After 10 years of practice and 20 years of banging chicks, I can vouch that this level of effort for ugly girls applies in both the courtroom and the bedroom.

Brian Prendergast. I have 50/50 and pay no support thanks to him.
My lawyer crushed Prendergast. And Prendergast costs more. My lawyer sent all discovery docs in a google drive link that expired after 30 days. Dumbass never downloaded the files and couldn't access them in the courtroom. The judge told him he was SOL
The judge you get matters just as much, if not more, than your lawyer.

Lawyer competency is completely irrelevant if you get a piece of shite Judge.

Yeah it works that way when both parents are cool with it—it’s def the best thing for the child 100% and I’m glad it worked for you. I’m assuming the mother was somewhat okay with it and didn’t fight it very hard, which is great and tells me she’s at least putting the child first for the most part.
In my case, I have to deal with a mother who takes the entire situation personal and every act is part of an entire grand scheme meant to hurt me. Judge specifically asked me what I want—“to have my son as much as possible.” To which they hit me with the every other weekend and a summer/holiday schedule. I consider myself a textbook father and have no negative strikes against me at all fwiw.
Maybe it’s just my specific parish/district judges that differ from the norm idk.

Any of the selections that have been charged with domestic battery are probably good candidates.

Does it work the other way too? Do they read menus like other people read law books? Does it take them like hours to order?
