Very very easy. Drop anything with sugar, and no bread for starters. And ZERO sofdrinks.

Eat nothing after 8 pm and no breakfast till late morning (16 hr fast if possible), then eat proteins and no or low carbs. It will melt fat off in a week

That alone w no other changes will jump start your journey.
