Period. Nothing you are even trying to argue applies to this.
In your mind, but you are programmed by fedgov. I'm skeptical of everything government does,
Not in my mind, in reality.

that impresses guys like you to the point you advocate for it.
Back to lying again. Is that all you got? Argument can't stand rebuttal and you resort to lying?
Page 14 of this thread, I posted (as I have at other times) my thoughts on it.

We both knew you were not going to be able to name one because there isn't one.
Because your question is just more nonsense.
No, it's because you can not find another act passed by congress and signed by the President that says "Because We are taxing David, we SHALL give him a road at the age of 50". SS old age retirement is unique.
What makes it unique:
SEC. 202. (a) Every qualified individual (as defined in section 210) shall be entitled to receive, with respect to the period beginning on the date he attains the age of sixty-five, or on January 1, 1942, whichever is the later, and ending on the date of his death, an old-age benefit
They did not ask your opinion on it. They didn't ask mine. This is the time we live in and this is an issue that will have to be tackled.

Do you not understand what you're suggesting here? And you wonder why I consider you a big gov't type. I mean, there isn't a guy that believes in small/limited gov't that would ever think (let alone type out for public consumption) - "the federal gov't agrees to take your money" is a logical way to describe a tax.
Yes. I am suggesting WHAT IS IN PLACE. Pointing it out.
Go back to page 14 and catch up the right way before going off a cliff.

Your reality. Believing that paying social security taxes is you loaning the gov't money and the gov't agreeing to take your money is the reality in your mind.

How can an opinion be a lie?
My opinion is you come off like a big gov't advocate. I didn't say you identify as a big gov't advocate. I know you don't. You like to think of yourself as a small/limited gov't guy while you toe the big gov't line on social security and excuse trillions in wasteful spending.

Wait. It's a tax now? I thought I was loaning money to the government and the gov't was agreeing to take out that loan through FICA.

You thought and typed out the words that described a f'n tax as "the government agrees to take my money" - that only points out how messed up your thinking is on social security.
What about that example of a loan that is forgiven when the lender dies? Why do you keep ignoring that?
