Obama sounds terrific on-script w/teleprompter; borderline idiot off the cuff.
Best orator I ever heard — can’t believe I’m admitting this — was candidate Jesse Jackson on campaign trail in Ville Platte.
I also don’t know how you can accurately judge any President in pre audio days. Pitch, inflection, cadence, etc. need to be heard.
As a teen, JFK impressed me a lot. Reagan and Clinton were very effective.
Biden has set the presidency back at least 200 years, minimum.
