It’s not just aimpoint. They take forever on the tee and approach shots.
Younger players have no art to their game. Just robots pre programmed with routines and if the routine breaks they panic.
You should watch an amateur event if you think this is bad. At least touring pros are really good. Imagine watching routines and seeing terrible shot after terrible shot.

I mean, cmon man
Go look at DJ’s wiki page for major championships and try and pretend like he hasn’t been significantly worse in majors recently. Outside of 2017, when he fell down the stairs, 2023 was his worst major year since his first year as a pro. And he missed the first cut of this year, and is struggling to start this PGA.
It’s frustrating because we all know what DJ is capable of.

I don’t play a ton of amateur golf, but I play a little. And I’m a pretty quick player so it infuriates me how slow it is. Like Pride said, we really just need to hold people to proper pace of play. Tiger’s group is almost a full hole behind. Shoutout to Keegan and Adam Scott’s aim point.

It definitely got a little worse once he won that Masters. Data Golf is usually a pretty good indicator.
Also, Rory’s driver has been atrocious the last few holes.
