I do not need to ask myself why those "news" outlets were selected.

Trump needs to accept Biden’s dates in addition to the commission dates

Simple as that

An incumbent pushing for debate is a major sign of weakness.

It's smart. He can make up all of these demands, and the media will frame Trump as scared or weak if he doesn't agree to debate Biden while failing to mention the demands Biden's team is making.

The real reason he is doing this is to avoid RFK Jr. If Biden agrees to do the debates via the Commission on Presidential Debates, RFK Jr. will have to be included if he's polling at 15%. This is why Trump will also agree to debate outside of the commission. Neither wants to deal with RFK Jr.

No fricking way RFK wins, nor would most people voting for him pull from Trump’s totals.

The TV hosts all work for the Dem party. They will control the questions.

"Mr. Trump, why should people vote for someone who has committed so many crimes?"

"President Biden, does it frustrate you that the public doesn't understand what great progress the economy has made through your policies?"

This probably took 6 hours to make they clip it in pieces

There are five cuts in a 14-second clip, which is terrifying. This senile old man cannot string two sentences together. My two-year-old could do better than that.

Reportedly the moderators can only be from CBS News, ABC News, CNN, or Telemundo.

Why not let Biden run an "X" poll with nominations from each of his preferred stations, Trump add one or two recommendations, and add someone like Rogan to the bottom of the list?

Full disclosure: I only mention Rogan because he has the #1 podcast. Anyone with a track record of letting someone talk, even in disagreement, would be cool too. Also, he can keep it interesting enough for more people to watch in its entirety.

Honestly I’m shocked he’s agreed to debate at all, so with that in context the terms really aren’t that outrageous.

This is the reality. But honestly the no audience request from Biden would traditionally help Republicans, who usually face a stacked audience.

He's not winning the election but would beat both in a debate. He has no record to defend, he's not senile, and people don't detest him.

Polls show he pulls more from Trump than Biden. Biden voters aren't on the fence, and most of his strength will come from the Democratic vote-harvesting apparatus.

Wait...so Biden says "let's get it on" and "make my day, pal" and then comes up with all of these conditions?
Trump needs to challenge him to get on AF1 right now and go to NY, have a debate on the steps of the courthouse.

Not only is Biden a traitor, he's is a bitch.

Agree. And Trump did say "name the time, name the place".

Got to roll with this IMO maybe push back on one or two things but overall I'm delighted.

I'm just glad that Biden didn't list Fox News as an option - they have always been the nastiest to Trump.

You say Biden, age 81, will need a break to change his diaper. No nickname about that.

Trump's nickname, age 77, according to the public record of trial 1 of 4, is Von Shitz In Pantz.

Meanwhile, Trump falls asleep during his own trial. So now we have Sleepy Don?

Biden has become desperate since Trump is winning in every key swing state. He is the one who needs a debate because even his most ardent supporters like LSU fan James Carville recognize Biden is getting his butt kicked. Trump should lay out his terms for the debate.

However, it appears he is calling the Dems’ bluff on this, at least by agreeing to the dates. I think they figured he would reject it out of hand.

I actually think it's the opposite. They know Trump means it when he says anytime anywhere, so they can stack the deck against him in any way they want and he'll do it. Trump needs to turn it on Biden by making noise about why Biden needs all these stipulations while he's up for anything

You have a very selective memory

Fox is network that had to pay out $775 million + forr lying about the 2020 election when they were kissing Trump's arse.
