Well he's a high school recruit.
He's from Louisiana.
He's at a position of great need.
These are 100% the kids Kelly will pay big $$ for. Again, he's not going to overpay for transfers that were ok/decent at their previous schools, and command $1mil+ or some astronomical amount that kids on the team already don't make. I don't understand why you people don't understand. It's simple really.

People just don't understand this. They just want LSU to be Colorado so bad. LSU wants a sustainable course between Clemson and Colorado.
