Pretty simple to me, the Catholic church cares more about donations than adhering to Catholic doctrine, been that way for years. They know many would leave the church if they didn't alter some of the message and they don't want to lose the money those people would give.

I believe every sinner can be saved. I don't presume to decide who can receive the sacraments. I will never prohibit someone from entering the church.
Remember when you assumed those nasty Catholics must want all people born from IVF to drop dead like Thanos? There's a parallel there if you can figure it out.

The only people i see having a problem or making statements about this are the same people that have an issue every time someone has an opinion that doesn’t follow their agenda. Who would have known a kicker in the NFL had such a powerful voice. It is just entertainment after all.

Maybe not to those who came to see their kids graduate and have to listen to, or be put asleep by, a rambling of words by some insignificant dude.
Just hold a graduation, hand out the papers and get out and celebrate. Screw all the long winded speeches. Nobody gives a crap.

You are bleeding ALL over this thread. Good Lord man. Did you get offended by his speech or something?
He congratulated the women for their accomplishments, said a lot of them will have successful careers, but also said his wife found her calling in being a homemaker and that he wouldn’t be the man he is without her support. There is nothing wrong with what he said. He’s a Christian voicing very basic Christian beliefs. The horror!

All of this fake outrage is just the left continuing its war against Christianity. The left has for decades been trying to destroy the two parent Christian household

It's just a weird thing for a person to blanket say to a group of people who probably just dropped 6 figs on a college degree and are looking forward to beginning their adult lives.
Isn't it equally weird to tell a few generations of kids that the only eay to be happy is to go to college and get a job and live in a 2 income household, and chase material goods only. And if that if anything gets in their way, like a child, that they should have the right to kill it.
Is that weird too?

It's not weird when you realize the entire goal to keep/delay people from pro-creating as much as possible.

They aren’t forced. But it sure would have been nice for the church to sit them down and tell them the majority of them will be happier just being at home anyway. Could save them a lot of money on the front end
The church basically does this.

Everyone knows all this and agrees with you. Some are just playing dumb or pretending to be “pissed” about it

So a Catholic school got somebody with catholic beliefs to come and speak at graduation.
Would it have been more acceptable if he had crushed a 6 pack like Travis Kelce?

That's a pretty obtuse way of saying people dont want to be poor, which is the real reason they want to outlaw any type of abortion.

Yeah, Harrison.. that ship sort of sailed about 60 years ago.
And I love how a lot of incels, living in mom’s basement, never sniffed a girlfriend, and worshiping Andrew Tate and probably this speech, want to put women in their biblical place.

My Catholic girlfriend agrees with this speech that also got a standing ovation by the audience which included a bunch of women that just graduated from college. Not all women fall in line with 4th-wave angry feminism
