The dispensaries where you need a referral/prescription from Dr. (card) shouldn't change. The gas stations, vape stores will get crushed because any THC will be banned. The biggest casually is the successful brewers and local hemp companies that will be shut down.

This bill is protecting the pockets of the booze industry and marijuana dispensaries and growers.

Eta: I guess brewers isn't the right word because you don't typically brew a seltzer.

We all need to start calling our reps, and telling them it’s time to ban alcohol, because we need to keep our children safe. Too many children dying each year in this state, because of the use of alcohol.
