FedGov is doing the same in other sectors.

Norwegian Cruise Lines paid 21m for a 3m property on the waterfront. They could not get the government to approve the project.

NCL donated the land to a native corporation, who magically got approval for the project. They just dont have the money.


I imagine that will come via the taxpayer.
