Without sounding racist or chauvinistic (and even if you think so, I don't care) but the idea of women and/or minorities becoming the dominant employment/management force in a business or corporation, simply does not work. I was in the professional world for 40 years, my younger wife is still in it. She will be the first to tell you, as a woman and a minority, that too many 'empowered' women with their feelings and insecurities make working almost impossible. They want men to accept them as equals and share their point of view. What I have noticed with blacks, particularly black women, they are fine as a few employees, but once they become a dominant element in the workplace, their attitudes change, they then hang out together, start to avoid or turn negative toward other employees. The push to stamp out the conservative, alpha white male from power is destroying America for the sake of diversity...
