So it was the players that laughed in the players faces when they asked for elevated events and equity in those events years before LIV began? Or was that Jay and the tour’s GC? If the players run the tour, that would have been a silly thing for Jay and the GC to do.
Phil and every player that thought they were sitting on gold and diamonds was 100% wrong. The tour almost bankrupted itself trying to increase pay and the like. They Had to sell themselves to PE. Anyone knows that isn’t a move that will benefit the majority, merely the select few at the top
You claimed to be all about the players yadda yadda, and you were full of shite. The majorit of tour card players will be fricked if Phil or Rory now get what they want. Listen to them, their future they envision cuts tour membership in half so the money can funnel more to the top. Rory is talking about only 75 members. It’s literally shrinking the game
