i like dogs and cats, but have more respect for cats.
cats can take care of themselves, dogs are like having a girlfriend or a child. also seems like needy people hate cats. "I wanna lord over mah animals and feel like i'm the boss!" that's what i think of when i see/hear people who have an irrational hatred of cats.

I have an outdoor cat and she’s cool, but I’m not emotionally invested in the cat. My dogs are my family
