It wont make a Billion, but a re-launching a more modern Pontchartrain Beach would absolutely work in this market.

See...this was on the top of my list too but then started thinking about all of the headaches of operating corner stores and the theft and the inventory and the real estate and building costs and it's just not worth it anymore.

Its battered and deep fried for 5-10 minutes in hydrogenated vegetable oil. The fact its a breast vs thigh is pretty damn mute at that point.

It’s interesting when stopping anywhere outside of Nola and surrounding areas (including JP) what type of service and even the quality of food is received. Location really does matter. The difference is noticeable across the lake.
