NY charges against MAGA- allege FRAUD to influence 2020 election. MAGA got trounced in NY

So if the theory of Bragg is that Trump committed “fraud” by paying hush money in an effort to prevent the story from influencing the 2020 presidential election, where’s the fraud to the NY residents under this theory?
Trump lost NY by 23% in 2020.
If Trump’s “fraud” was so bad as to influence the NY election wouldn’t he have had to win NY?
Bragg doesn’t have standing to allege the United States electorate was de-frauded by this “cover up” of a damaging story coming out before the election. That would be something the Feds would have to allege. They declined via the DOJ and FEC to bring election violations.

Bragg thinks that NYC can claim jurisdiction over any other part of the country through some arcane means.
Prior state AGs and governors shaking down international corporations as well as attempts to lean on other states with regards to laws NY doesn’t like has enabled this shite.

That’s part of the twist. They are alleging nationwide influence in the election but he isn’t being prosecuted federally.

You're trying to use some level of fairness to dissect this issue. Demos are not fair and don't play fair. They in fact have criminal minds and logic doesn't apply to the criminal mind set and the way they think.

Until someone stops them I don't blame them for continuing to go scorched earth. By Any Means Necessary is their motto for a reason. These people play for keeps. Fairness has nothing to do with it. Law has nothing to do with it. This is war that they're conducting, without firing a shot of course.

A Republican candidate for President has not won the State of New York since Reagan’s 1984 landslide. And the state has a whole is not as liberal as NYC.
