Probably a ring, recruiting juveniles, so the court system will street them in no time, if ever caught. Unfortunately, what happened here is the only justice in this situation, unless they can get a kid to roll on the criminals behind the operation…

The last holdouts I know in Shreveport are moving to Benton. Didnt think it was possible for it to get worse, but it has.

It too bad it isn’t legal to shoot to defend one’s property. It might cut down on some of the crime. Wish I would be on his jury.
