How am I able to get out of bed according to you? Lets take this a step further - in your mind what would 'prove' to you who knows what they are talking about between the two of us? You brought up Performance would it be actual lifts? Lifts for reps? Pics? Video evidence of lifts? Competition history? What? You do not need carbs, You do not need fats. You need enough of one or the other. This is basic level shite.
