OP title is misleading and should be adjusted to reflect this info which is clearly printed in the OP’s X embed. Community notes is great for this and should always be considered. Best thing Elon added when Twitter changed to X.

I think the tweet was posted before the community note, and since it's an imbed and not a SS, it's changed since OP was posted.
