No, because I don't want an employee with serious mental issues. It's kinda like choosing a girlfriend. She might be very smart and very pretty. But if she has tattoos all over the place it's a warning of mental disease that I don't want to deal with.

You can easily put it that way. Even if there were no outward mental issues would that person make an effort to get along with the average heterosexual? Many of them are lazy self loathing jackasses who are just waiting for some reason to start a lawsuit.
