^ Words of wisdom. I’ve always said every man (women for that matter too) needs something where they can totally unplug from work and worries and just relax. Doesn’t really matter what it is as long as it’s something you enjoy doing and allows you unwind from the hubbub of everyday life.

Gym, biking and hiking at the moment. Looking for something new. Found a lake yesterday nearby me with lots of sailboats on it. May give that a consideration.

Fishing, hiking, camping, gardening. All activities I involve my kids in as well. We have a small break from baseball next weekend so a fishing trip is already planned.
