As England is much smaller than the USA it will happen sooner but the number of Muslim immigrants throughout England will tip the country over into another Muslim country. The mayors of the larger cities, specifically, London, are radical Muslims. As for Europe, the one major country that has taken a hard stance on immigrants is Hungry; a coincidence that the biden administration is fighting it so sharshly?
