Grow your own food, buy from local farmers, move to a poor country, or move to Europe unfortunately.

And it’s not just plastics, it’s everything we’re doing to our food, and it’s the chemicals in our water.

Organic and All Natural are marketing words.

Grass fed and free range actually mean something.

It’s impossible to keep up with all the shite in food. Just follow the 80/20 rule of Whole Foods/food you enjoy and live your life.

Free range doesn’t mean shite. All that is required is that a door is open somewhere to allow the birds to “get outside”. They don’t necessarily put them outside though. Pasture raised is much better
