Also, why don’t these damn 5K zero turn mowers have headlamps/lights?

Time to send some dirty emails.

Old baws gettin' it done however they can. Fire up your mower in solidarity. MOW WITH HIM!

ETA: Not kidding. Make it a thing. Saturday night at 9pm...we MOW! 30 years from now a young single man will move into your cul de sac and mow at 9pm on a Saturday and not know why. It will just be right. That is as close as most of us will get to immortality.

I once had so much stuff to do one day before lots of rain that by the time I was able to mow, I ended up mowing my lawn by iPhone and flashlight lumens .

I've cut his grass a few times when he was struggling. He's got some health issues.

We're about the least Karen neighbors one could have. We try not to bother any of ours, but also try to be friendly.

Nah, you sound like a good dude, but if an old man fired a mower up at 9pm my little crazy GEN X irreverent brain would be like, "FIGHT THE POWER. frick THE HOA!" and start mowing too. Toast him with a cheap arse domestic as I mowed my 30 x 30.

I will probably miss in your old thread about how dewy it was at night cutting grass in Louisiana but cliff notes me how wet it was.

I woke go hungover as frick one time. Think my son was like 4 months old so it had been a while since I truly tied one on.. Had an absolute bender on a night. At 5am I woke up with the worst anxiety and high heart rate withdrawals. Just about had a panic attack and needed to do something. So I fired up the mower and went after it before the sun came up. Saved me from complete panic. My wife on the other hand almost called the mental institute to come get me

My damn mower blade stopped so many freaking times from the wet grass it was a joke.

I'd much rather a neighbor be mowing at 9:30 Saturday night than 7:30AM on a Sunday.

That is how they become 6k mowers.

At least my 2k Craftsman has them.

Dude still cutting up or what? All his lights would keep me up more than the noise.

Small engines hum pretty good to me. Like a fan for the sleepy time white noise.
