may i suggest u put some boneless skinless chicken thighs seasoned with salt n pepper only in your breville toaster oven, 400 degrees 4 aboot 20 minutes or less and dip them in your fave bbq sauce.

I don’t own a toaster oven. I have an oven that does like 17 different things. 
I would suggest rolling that in Parmesan and then putting it in the oven.
But I’d be more likely to throw it on one of the grills.
