man, that really hit a nerve with a bunch of you baws, what I was getting at was wasting an entire day sitting anywhere and just looking and drinking ...-well that part's okay, I go out to the beach at sunrise and the wife and I will have a champagne toast, and maybe jump in the water for a bit sometime during the day, but I have to be doing something, to each his own

I usually hit the gym first thing and then breakfast..sometimes work a bit.
For those of us with internal monologue, it is rare I am not sitting there “doing nothing” planning a project, solving a problem, or processing something.
Stopping for a bit often helps me do those things better than being full go all the time.
