It’s not a true 4hr start to finish. Guy edits and puts together different shows and commercials from that time. But still a fun walk down memory lane.

Yeah, kind of an agree - still fun to get a look at a slice of tv life from the past.

1981-1987 were the prime cartoon years for me. It was such a fun memory to just sit for a few hours eating cereal, playing with action figures or hot wheels and watching cartoons. Smurfs, Chipmunks, Pac-Man, Super-friends, Kidd Video, Muppet Babies, The Littles, Shirt Tales, Pee-Wees Playhouse, Hey Vern It’s Ernest, and all the other stuff in between 3 channels or surfing.

It’s odd to me that my son is growing up in a time without Saturday Morning cartoons and standalone toy stores. Seems like he got cheated.

Misspelled “late 60s, early 70s”.

Smurfs at 7 am and a bowl of captain crunch. What time did the super friends and the hall of justice start that was another 'have too" watch ?

That’s probably around the time when you got older and outgrew Saturday morning cartoons

Shelbi watches the View / Good Morning America while scrolling Facebook.

Little Reighfyl (pronounced “rifle”) is glued to YouTube videos on his iPad.

Mid-late was the prime run of superhero cartoons. Spiderman, X-Men, Batman.

I miss those times... it's funny how everyone who was a kid in that era has shared experiences and memories.. rather you were poor, just well-off, or rich...

Man, when they started the “overture” song, I was always happy in a way I can’t quite explain and can’t reproduce now
