Legally, according to the Constitution, THE LAW of THE LAND, Nikki Is ineligible for the office.
The following explains the situation. (See Vattel's "The Law of Nations" as referenced by the drafters of the Constitution. )

"Becoming a U.S. citizen is only the first step in the process of creating a “natural born Citizen.” The second step is the two U.S citizens procreating a child on U.S. soil. It is these “natural born Citizens” who can someday be President or Vice President of the United States. Stated differently, a President must be a second generation American citizen by both U.S. citizen parents. A Senator or Representative can be a first generation American citizen by naturalization or birth. It is the extra generation carried by a President which assures the American people that he/she is born with attachment and allegiance only to the United States."

That would have made both John McCain and Kamala Harris ineligible.

Perhaps not McCain but definitely Harris and Obama were legally ineligible as is Ted Cruz . Pelosi declared people eligible and nobody had standing to stop them.

At no point in our history has this been the law.

Also the first 8 presidents or so, and several more POTUS and VPOTUS’ after that.

All this is mute. It's our party now. And it's "no Nikki" or "no Trump".

We may have to wait for Vivek in 2028.

You own this mess. This is your mess.

First of all, I keep repeating that I agree that Republicans have not lived up to conservatism they way any of us (true conservatives) would have liked. I understand why you populists keep pretending I never said that, but it's getting old.

But that aside, let's pretend that you really were onto some logic that would make this "my mess" that I "own."

Let's see where we are in 2024.

At this point in time we have the most comfortable lifestyles, the most protected civil rights, the least racism and bigotry, the most opportunity, the biggest homes, the most advanced technology, the smallest gap between the luxuries enjoyed by different socio-economic classes, the best health care, and the greatest opportunity for the most people to be able to travel to the most places of any society on this planet.

Adjusted for inflation gas prices are about the same as they were in the 1980s. Even with the upturn during COVID and the Ukraine war.

We haven't needed a draft to fight a war in half a century. Which means any wars that we have fought were fought by people who signed up to go fight them.

Cell phones have more computing capability than a computer the size of your refrigerator when I was growing up, and almost everyone in the country has one. Even many homeless people.

The Establishment is what gave us all of the things I listed above. You can't have it both ways.

Now, if you want me to own that "mess," I will.

That's the further problem with your idiot philosophy. As I have explained before, it depends on keeping you sheeple in a constant state of irrational discontent about the state of affairs. That's why it needs all of the conspiracy theories. It has to keep you constantly wanting to tear down "The Establishment" because you're always wringing your hands about some idiot WWIII or aluminum released in the atmosphere to poison people or Biden importing illegals to arm to subdue Americans. Stuff that never happens and that there's no evidence for, but that doesn't deter any of you. You sign right back up for the next idiot theory.

Sure, you can find stuff to bitch about. And I mean you can find stuff to bitch about that is real, not the crackpot conspiracy theory du jour. There is legitimate stuff to push back on.

But in the context of the reality of how much better and easier life has become just in my 53 years on the planet under the leadership of "The Establishment," the constant revolutionary tone nonsense is just silly.

And I didn't say "The Little Guy" is a "bad word."

I said it's a Democrat word (phrase, actually).

If you are all about the Little Guy, that's fine. Just admit that you are a Carter-era Democrat. You are not a conservative. You do not value individual freedom and responsibility. You are a liberal.

That's what YOU need to own.

Ha! Sounds like a Biden teleprompter. You are totally out of touch.

This country is insolvent and the standard of living is falling.

What sort of a bubble are you living in dude? You're embarrassing yourself.

I'll say again. Get out of our party.

Yep, it's a complete disaster.

Any day people will start dropping dead of aluminum poisoning.

Unless your resurrected Democratic Party from 1975 can save them!

Vote for the Little Guy in 2024!

Then why are we doubling down on it?
