And 13 wins shouldn’t be enough! Is this where we are as a program, now? I hope CJJ gets this thing turned around, but I’m seriously questioning player development at this point. We’ll see what happens next year.

Playing #14 Texas, State (in Starkville), #8 UF, #1 Ark, #6 Vandy, #4 UT (Knoxville), #1 Texas A&M will decrease your W’s pretty quickly.
That’s 15 games vs Top 10 Teams, 16 vs Top 20 & 6 games vs current #1.
Take any of the top 10-20 in College baseball rankings today and give them LSU’s schedule and honestly tell me if they’d still be in the same place as far as rankings. They wouldn’t.
SOS is a big damn deal, and being the defending NC’s is something.
The other point is NCAA want’s LSU’s fan base in the tourney.
That being said, 13 conference wins shouldn’t be enough, outside the SEC!
In the SEC with this schedule, I’d say yes IMHO.
